Back squats using squat rack
If you watch weight lifting shows or Iron man challenges on television you would know a lot of squat exercise jargons used by the weight lifters. One of the most common exercises they perform is the back squats. They do this by using a power squat rack and barbells. Back squats can be very tricky if not done with adequate concentration and technique. It is performed by resting the barbell behind the neck. So when the time comes to lower the barbell it becomes extremely tricky to spot the exact position of the squat rack as the exercise may make you lose your initial position. If the lifter moves a bit too far behind then he runs the risk of tripping over the bars at the base of the squat rack. This can cause a fall or a sprained ankle. That’s why back squats take a lot of practice and technique.
