My acne mistakes
I found a list of acne dos and donts, and was pretty amazed. No wonder why I still have acne. I was doing so much wrong. For example, I don’t get enough sleep at night. And that is one of the acne do’s. Getting enough sleep can help your body normalize its hormones and help cure acne. I also don’t think that I am getting enough water each day. This seems to be a big one. I have seen this in multiple places. I guess I will have to make more of an effort to drink water. Another mistake I make is touching my breakout areas. I already knew I needed to stop that one.
