How long will my outdoor furniture last ?  This is a very common question asked by people who have just discovered the beauty of wooden / timber outdoor furniture  The truth is that if you have bought quality in the first place like teak or Kwila then its up to you and dependant on how you care for the furniture you have just invested your money in. Most furniture made from quality timber such as Teak merbau or Kwila has a decent warranty period Some I just bought has 5 years warranty. BUT !!  the warranty is voided if you dont follow the care instructions. To get the most out of this furniture simply Oil it frequently – at least every 6 months give it a coat of oil.
