Roman Blinds Provide Privacy
In a bedroom Roman Blinds are fantastic for room darkening and privacy. Our pal was able to make the shades for our dining room windows. They hung in folds about 8 inches wide, which are roughly as wide as you would need. Though I did not formerly know what roman shades were, I learned there were many patterns available for making them. Anyone with a stitching machine and a little talent can make their own roman shades. Home decorating books, mags and web sites have patterns available, as do stitching supply centres. Talent with a stitching machine isn’t needed, naturally.
