The Blue Flower Project Organization

Now I’ve never bought a Prom Dress but I would imagine they can be quite expensive. I would have thought that with the economy as it is right now that a lot of parents (who I assume have to shell out the money to pay for them), might be looking at ways in which to economise. Maybe local clothing banks have prom dresses which can either be given or sold cheaply to those who can’t afford one for themselves. I did see an item at one time discussing a program for girls called It’s Great To Be A Girl where they held a fun evening and girls were invited to dress up from a collection of various items of clothing.
