Stretch After Your Workout
Everyone knows that you should stretch before your vertical jump program. What they do not know is that they should also stretch after their workout. Stretching after your workout keeps your muscles loose so you do not wake up sore the next morning. So, stretching after your workout results in you being able to do more during your next workout the next day. It can sometimes be hard to remember to stretch after each of your daily workouts, but if you try hard enough then stretching after your workout will soon become just another part of your vertical jump workout.
