Demarini’s new line up for 2010 is very much like their 2009 baseball bats, except for a few small improvements. They talk about ‘Silver Trace’ technology used in their 2010 models. This is said to be a distinctive blend of carbon and ‘Silver Trace’ technology. According to Demarini, the bonding agent strengthens the bat so that a maximum transfer of power to the barrel is achieved. This is just so much talk to make one believe that something new has been created. It does not really mean anything significant because the new Demarini CF4 is no different from the CF3, except perhaps for a slightly larger barrel. Demarini has also taken out their Vexxum bats, a model they marketed for many years.
