Man without his brains would be much of an animal. Man's mind is the greatest asset that man has. Intellectual property is the product of the most creative functions how to get a patent of brain. This is why it is morally correct to extent utmost protection to intellectual property rights through laws like patent laws, trademark laws and copyright laws.
