The Name of the Corporation
The Articles of Incorporation is one basic form needed to make your corporation a reality. A basic part of the articles is the name of the corporation, which should be on the first page of the georgia articles of incorporation. I suggest you give your corporation a unique name that is easy to recall, especially if your existence is for business purposes. The name must not duplicate any existing names since this will not be approved. The government will usually provide you with a list of approved names for your guidance.
