Considering Lean Manufacturing Techniques
These past few days I’ve been tasked with researching
Lean Manufacturing Techniques for our company. So far, I’ve liked what I have learned.
I’ve been reading up on Implementing Lean Manufacturing online, and I have to say that I’ve been growing more and more enthusiastic about the idea.
I think big improvements in efficiency will be absolutely critical for our ongoing success.
