The growing role of contracts management
I was speaking with a friend over the Christmas period who has just commenced a new job. She is in charge of the contracts management division of a major corporation. Many companies are requiring the services of individuals who understand contract law. With multiple business divisions and a diverse range of business activities ranging from logistics to construction, it can be quite a challenge to make sure that the companies business is conducted in the most effective way giving rise for the need of contract specialists.
