Private Investigator Pay
Even though a private investigator could hardly be called an occupation that is lavishly compensated, it’s doubtful you’d go hungry either. A private investigator working at the usual industry rates could usually hope to make a middle class income. The better firms will also have quite a number of benefits available for their employees. One very appealing aspect of the job is the security one can get, so to speak. There is now quite a great demand for good private investigators, given the many instances of insurance fraud and the demand for background checks of all sorts. A PI can even start a private practice, if so inclined.
