Functional hallux limitus

Functional hallux limitus is something that affects the way we walk. Functional hallux limitus is a problem with the range of motion of the big toe joint of the foot. We need motion at that joint so that body can move forward over the foot when the foot is on the ground. If he joint does not move then the forward movement will be impaired. If the body is to move forward it has to get the motion that it cannot get at the big toe joint at other joints. This compensation at other joint can be painful as motion is happening at a time when it should not be happening.

I Need to Learn How to Stop Feeling Tired So Much

Unfortunately, I have been dragging all week.  I wish I knew how to stop feeling tired all the time.  I know I have been working hard, but I have to work hard if I want to get out of debt.  I have no choice.  I am pretty sure that I can stop feeling tired so much if I went to bed at the same time every night and slept all through the night.  Usually, I wake up a few times at night.  Last night, I woke up over and over again.  I took a sleeping pill last night, which normally works for me.

Walking Without the Pain

For a long time I was beginning to think that my feet were shrinking.  I was having a bad pain across the tendon running through the bottom of my feet.  It felt like my feet were trying to get shorter.  When I told my doctor about it, she advised to I look for a pair of Night Splints to wear in the evening and night time.  I was a bit reluctant because I thought they were going to cost a fortune. Much to my surprise, they were well within my budget.  I cannot say enough about how much better my feet feel.  I am able to walk pain free again.
