Does anyone know of any healthy eating tips for avid travelers?

I am an avid traveler but I would love to keep in shape. Does anyone here have any healthy eating tips for someone like me? I would love to lose weight while traveling but I find that eating out all the time can really add on the pounds. If there was an easy way for me to keep on my diet then I would it. But if you travel a bunch of times throughout the year it can be really tough to keep on a diet. I wish there was some country by country guideline that was published so that I can keep better track of what to eat and what portions as well. Packing on the pounds while traveling is just no fun at all.

It is hard to imagine being diagnosed with Prostate Cancer Stage T1c and being told that there is no

Prostate is a scary idea for men, however what might be more scary is for the doctor that tells you you have cancer to also tell you he is not going to do anything about it. that is exactly what is happening with men diagnosed with Prostate Cancer Stage T1c. Why you may ask? Well, this form of cancer is so small and so slow to grow, if it does at all that not only do doctors tend to recommend doing nothing about it, but many doctors question whether or not such a small and insignificant form of cancer should have ever been diagnosed in the first place.
