There was a time when I could have never imagined wanting to block the view we got from our large picture window. We found as we lived at the home, that the sun could be downright unbearable in the early evening, and we really wanted to remedy that. We decided to install an awning made of fabric from the coolaroo company. It has been a great decision for us, and we have been able to make the sun bearable again in that room. I really do like my kitchen to look absolutely beautiful and because of this I really like the floor to be as clean as possible. Directions:
Preheat broiler.
Heat 2 tbs olive oil and saute’ the onion until golden brown. Add the soup, water and 1.2 of the cheese. Stir in the seafood and olives and heat thoroughly. Add the lemon juice, parsley and herbs. In a greased casserole dish, toss the sauce with the cooked pasta. Top with the remaining parmesan cheese. Heat under the broiler until golden brown. Serves 8.
