Why Nations Encourage Career and Vocational Education

In the developed world, there has been an increasing shift towards an emphasis on vocational education instead of college education as a career choice for post secondary level schooling. What’s more, many countries are encouraging it. Why? Having enough people with the correct kinds of  career and vocational education , now more than ever, is important to countries that are industrialized and those in the post-industrial stage.
