Cat 5 Cable Pin out-Return Loss

Return loss is measured by the degree to which the strength of a signal is lost in reflections.  This loss is created y link and impedance changes.  This effect needs to be minimized in order to maximize realization of the cable potential of the pin out for cat 5 cable.  Within the context of the design of the Ethernet cable, some makers have reached the needed amount of precision which is where pin out for cat 5 cable comes from.
