New Job

A few months ago, I was hired as an analyst at a small computer company.  I quickly learned that this company is using what some would call Extreme Programming Methodology, which could be summed up as using traditional software engineering practices taken to “extreme” levels, which will lead to a development process that is more responsive to customer needs.  In turn, this will create software that is much better quality, while giving the customer what they ask for.  In just a few short months I learned how valuable this system is, because it adapts to any changes in the process, making things easier in some ways.
