Marriage Visas require proof
Proof that you’re eligible to marry in order to get marriage visas, which can include copies of divorce decrees or annulments, may be required. A police certification (no crimes) is required, and a medical examination to ensure the person applying for the visa doesn’t have any communicable diseases.
Finally, a Biographic Information form, number G-325A, will be required for both of you.
