I’ve always heard about trust funds, but I’ve never really given much thought to what they really are.  My father has a living trust, and so do a couple of relatives of mine.  So I asked them what they really were.  I learned that it’s a way to protect your assets and avoid probate if you were to die and leave an estate.  Then I learned about the living roadway trust fund.  Not really much to do with a living trust, but the concept is a little the same.  Basically it is a fund that helps keep the roads looking nice.  You ought to learn more about it.
