Pizzelle Iron Makes Great Cookie Replacements
Everyone loves fresh home baked cookies, but it’s hard to find ones that aren’t completely unhealthy but are still tasty. There’s a great traditional Italian treat that can be made at home with a pizzelle iron though called a pizzelle waffle cookie. The great thing about these pastries is that you can make the batter yourself quite healthy and cook them right up quickly. You can find a pizzelle iron fairly cheap at many used kitchen appliances stores online for great deals. So enough of stuffing yourself silly with butter-laden chocolatey chip cookies when you can have something almost as good for about a tenth of the calories.
