Soup’s On! Options For Making A Cabbage Soup Diet Work

 

Whether or not your cabbage soup diet will work is largely based on your willingness to make it work.  No diet can accomplish as much when it’s not accompanied by exercise and a mindset to make smarter, healthier food choices in the future to prevent a relapse.  The cabbage soup diet is no magic formula—and it’s no substitute for getting out there and burning calories the old-fashioned way.  So get out there and do those strength-training exercises.  Build up that cardiovascular and get the heart pumping faster.  Now add the cabbage soup diet and I’d say you have a recipe for success!
