Renting out a Timeshare
A timeshare could choose to use their property, which many timeshare owners do, or have it rented out for the period they are allowed to use it. This is not possible with all resorts and timeshare agreements. However, whenever this is possible, it presents people with an opportunity to make a lot of money. This concept can potentially earn someone thousands of dollars a year when done passively. However, the big bucks are more often made when timeshares are resold at a profit after the value of shares had appreciated.
