You must have heard of a man harassing a woman. Such cases are quite common but in recent times, sexual harassment by women has also become prevalent. Normally, you will find women claiming against the sexual harassment. They put allegations or charges on a man for sexually assaulting her. Moreover, these days the laws are also stringent, especially in the case of quid pro quo sexual harassment. Though job harassment laws related to sexual harassment are not limited to women only, a man hardly files a complaint of him being sexually assaulted or harassed by a woman. Men may fear embarrassment if they file a complaint or in many cases become apprehensive that no one would believe them. Also, it is a harsh reality that women do harass men sexually.
